Our club is immensely proud to acknowledge the contributions of club members who served our nation in battle, and to honour the memory of those who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country.
The following Roll of Honour has been compiled from newspaper clippings and articles of the period about members of West Christchurch Cricket Club. The list is not complete and it may never be known who all those brave men were. Some records are not available online and we have not been able to completely confirm who made the supreme sacrifice for their country.

David Godfrey – 5th September 2015 – died of wounds – Gallipoli
Robert James Patrick (Bob) McConnell – 12th October 1917 – Passchendaele, Ypres, Belgium
Guy Stanley Overton – 10th of August 1915 – died of wounds – Gallipoli
Charles LeFanu Young -10th of February 1921 – as result of disease following gas attacks on the western front.
Charles Geoffrey Harrison – 27th November 1917 – Killed in Action – France
