The Burnside Cricket pavilion is available for hire with availability year round. We accept bookings for both corporate and private events.

About our Facilities:
The pavilion can accommodate 60-70 seated guests at tables, or up to 100 guests in a more informal ‘bar’ event seating. Our venue is licensed (special licenses will be arranged for your evening events). The pavilion has a dance floor, a basic kitchen and toilet facilities, as well as an expansive deck area with upstairs views over Burnside Oval.
For corporate meetings and training events, we offer AV facilities, access to a projector, screen, and flat screen TV. Internet access is available by arrangement.
A modest kitchen is available for your use, with an oven, fridge, freezer, and basic kitchen supplies. We also have a selection of plates, glassware, and crockery available for your use, or you can arrange your own.
There is space for dozens of cars the well lit car park right next to the building.
Pricing:
Our bar provides a competitively (sports-club) priced beverages (bottled beer, wine, RTDs, non-alcoholic beverages). For some events (e.g. 21st birthday’s), additional bar or staff costs may be required over and above these prices below. Contact us with your enquiry.
Licensed events:
- Non-club members: $490 + GST
- Registered club members: $440 + GST
Unlicensed or Corporate Day-hire events
- $250 + GST
Due to the nature of our liquor license, we do not allow BYO events.
