The club was able to hold the Junior Prizegiving on Sunday 22nd March with Adam Lyon’s year 5 team having their breakup following their final match on Saturday.

It was a privilege to have Mitch Hay and Will O’Rourke able to attend and at the end of the team awards they were able to tackle some tricky questions from the audience. The club acknowledge the busy commitments of Mitch and Will and it was very much appreciate that they were able to attend – the juniors were thrilled.

Will Kennedy, Shane Young and Archie Smith were also present to set the room up with some helpers. Our Championship player Thomas Bird was able to take some photos.

Thank you to our parents who help coached, scored, managed a team and were able to get their kids to cricket. We look forward to seeing you back at the club next season!

This years junior merit award went to Rheynardt who coached on Saturdays and often had to supervise two teams at trainings and with Christelle they had to manage the complicated comms of sharing player availability with the other Year 7 teams.
